Return Policy

We do not offer item returns, only exchanges.

Exchanges are handled on case by case basis we will work with you to try and resolve your issue promptly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Return to Sender/Refused, Unclaimed, Lost/Stolen items 

If your item/items are refused by you or returned to sender you will be responsible for a 20% restock fee, 3% payment processing fee, and return shipping costs. If the items sent back incur damage or arrived damaged the funds will not be refunded. It is highly recommended you do not do this. Please read all item descriptions before purchasing.

**Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. Orders ship directly from our warehouse and are prepared immediately. Please keep this in mind when placing an order**

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at titanrecordsny@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible to purchase a return shipping label, and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We are happy to announce ALL orders now include insurance. You do have the option to remove this, but we will not cover any orders that incur damage without it. USPS is known to cause damage in shipping, and the only way to protect your purchase is through insurance. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item was damaged in transit, an insurance claim will have to be filed and refunded that way. You can file your claim here https://claims.route.com/

We do not accept returns for seam splits - a claim will have to be filed 

If you receive the wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and send you the correct one. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used media, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
